Seminyak just welcomed two Californian additions to its ‘hood. Say yes to a 1950s Palm Spring inspired road trip at Pontiac Stardust. Led by Beckaly Franks, the 82-seat progressive cocktail bar is filled with Mid-century modern furniture and groovy soundtracks. Cocktail sorcery comes in the form of a White Limo (Rp120,000) – a concoction of pandan vodka, Luxardo Bianco, banana, lemon, orange bitters, chilli salt and pepper.
Head next door to refuel at . Chef Matt White serves a mean hand-pulled sourdough Peppered Salami and Truffle Pizza (Rp125,000). The sharing plates menu includes a hearty range of meats and grilled seafood enjoyed in a cosy California-cool-meets-retrocurios setting.
