BELLES of the ball

When Pose made its debut last year, it made waves in the industry – in the best way possible. An ambitious passion project from relative unknown Steven Canals about the underground LGBTQ black and Latin ball culture of 1970s and ’80s New York, the eight-part series featured the largest ever cast of transgender actors in a scripted series.

This month, the series returns in all its fabulousness, complete with a very fitting hit the charts in 1990.
