BEAT-THE-BLOAT BOLOGNESE
SERVES 5 READY IN 40 MIN
For the Bolognese sauce
Few squirts of olive oil spray
400g extra-lean minced beef
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 celery stick, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
100g mushrooms, sliced
400g canned tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato purée
200ml red wine or beef stock
For the spaghetti
1 Knorr Vegetable Stock pot
4 carrots, cut into thin strands
4 courgettes, cut into thin strands
Parmesan shavings, to serve
