MINI SUSHI DONUTS
Makes 16 EASY 45 mins
WHAT YOU NEED SUSHI RICE
225g sushi rice, rinsed in cold water
375ml (1½ cups) water
2 tbsp each black and white sesame seeds, toasted
2 tbsp rice-wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tbsp castor sugar
1 – 2 avocadoes, sliced handful radishes, thinly sliced using a vegetable peeler then placed in iced water
1 x 28g packet nori soya sauce, to serve wasabi paste, to serve pickled ginger, to serve
HOW TO DO IT
1 For the sushi rice, place the rice and water in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat.
