Fun fare

Tostadas are eaten out of hand, like little pizzas or open-faced sandwiches. Guests assemble their own tostada creations, so it’s possible to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

Tostadas are traditional Mexican street food, designed to use up stale tortillas by deep-frying them and piling on layers of flavour and texture. As a picnic table grazing station or as dock fare, it’s a fun and simple way to feed a crowd.
