It’s always a highlight receiving photos from , but this issue’s submission made life particularly difficult for us here at the Horse. Chachi has a knack of casting a fresh eye on any location he visits, even a wave that has been as mercilessly flogged by photographers as Lagundri Bay. Pretty much all of the images he submitted were deserving of print but in the end, we, whose post-hype take on the historic swell makes for compelling reading upfront.
