BRUSSELS SPROUT, SAUSAGE & ORZO SALAD
PREP + COOK TIME 35 mins SERVES 6
• 3 good meaty sausages
• 1 tablespoon oil, if needed
• 250g Brussels sprouts, halved
• ½ cup white wine
• 1½ cups orzo
• 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• ½ a red onion, chopped
• a couple of sprigs thyme; leaves stripped
• ½ cup grated parmesan, plus extra (optional)
