THE EXPERIENCE centre-styled retail showroom is nothing entirely new and, in the high-end appliance sector it is becoming the norm rather than the anomaly.

Manufacturers such as Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Bosch and the like, have, for years and with varying degrees of success, been trying to create hubs where customers can test-drive as many of their appliance features as possible in live, actual cooking conditions
