Giovanni Valle set up Amperauto back in 1947 to design and build electro-mechanical devices for the automotive industry which expanded into electronic ones as well. His policy since inception was to become a market leader by producing reliable, quality products. As years and decades went by his policy remained unaltered. He involved the whole of the existingwent into the Made in Italy Yachting market with the same company policy: quality, reliability, innovation. Davide Paglino was brought into the team for his experience and knowledge of electronics dedicated to the boating market and so was Irina Salmanova who’s got plenty of experience in software design projects destined to renowned international companies and thus P.U.L.S.A.R. was created.
