A woman’s body is truly incredible for its ability to withstand life’s major phases: monthly periods, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause. However, in recent years, more women from as young as 30 years old reportedly suffer from what is called “female hormone crisis”, or hormonal imbalance.

As the name suggests, hormonal imbalance occurs when the levels of one or more hormones in the body are too high or too low, resulting in possible side effects to mental, reproductive and sexual health.
