WINNING AT ANY COST?

Many of you will be aware of the recent high-profile case involving photographic plagiarism which resulted in the disqualification of a winning image from last year’s Australian Professional Photography Awards (APPAs). The APPAs are run by the Australian Institute Of Professional Photography (AIPP) and a lengthy investigation by its Awards Committee concluded that the image had breached the rules of entry in several areas, including the alleged plagiarism.
