This recipe came about due to the long hot summer of 2018, which resulted in a number of events banning the use of BBQs as they were deemed a fire hazard because the grass was so dry.
I always prefer to cook outside but, as my Camper is equipped with dual gas hobs, it’s nice to make use of the onboard facilities every now and then. And never more so than when it’s pouring with rain outside, as it has done on occasion this summer.
