Winter wonderland

Picture the scene.

Dad:You never go anywhere interesting in your Camper.”

Me: Sure I do, I’ve been to France, and Connemara.

Dad: We should go somewhere wild, Scotland is wild.

Me: Fine, I will plan it. Would you come, too?

Dad: Definitely!

Uncle: I’m coming too!

That’s how this trip started, as an argument about who makes better use of their Campervan. Perhaps it was just what was needed to get us moving? Either way, a plan was afoot.

And so it was decided we would tour Scotland for a week in our homebuilt Campers. I own a 2007 1.9 T5, yellow, and my nine-year-old son, Ben, would be with me (my hubby couldn’t make it this time).
