    Having attended our favourite European VW event, Le Bug Show, for the best part or 20 years now, we’ve tried all the routes and had plenty of adventures along the way.

    When we’re pushed for time, the Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais wins hands down (35 minutes journey time), while catching a ferry from Dover to Dunkirk (two hours) saves a little driving time in France.
