Often accused (admittedly, quite often by me!) of being a temperamental and troublesome purchase, the 2004-2015 T5 Transporter has to be one of the easiest VW Vans to live with since Ben Pon first scribbled his sketch in a pub in Holland at the back end of the 1940s.
