Simple scheme

A national set of regulations for grain transport during harvest season should be widely adopted, easy to follow and have due consideration for safety across the board, a major industry group has said.

The Grain Transport Safety Network (GTSN) is an umbrella group representing major bulk grain handlers and end users, including GrainCorp, Viterra, Ridley, Cargill, Emerald Grain and Quattro Ports.

It is one of a series of groups to make a submission last year to a review (HVNL) that it administers.
