    New Ferry For MONA

    Hobart’s Museum of Old and New Art (Mona) is now serviced by two locally designed and built aluminium passenger catamarans that are as highly distinctive as the venue they serve.

    Christened Freya but commercially known as MR-II, the newest boat is the second design produced for the Mona operation by Commercial Boat Design. It follows on from MR-I which entered service in 2013.
