When You Get to the Bottom

IN our lives and our running we can often face significant challenges and conflict and sometimes really crap things happen to good people.

As a runner you will have no doubt experienced many physical and metaphorical highs and lows during your running journey, as well as in your everyday life.

Some running-related examples that I can identify with include:

An unexpected illness or injury that pops up just when everything seemed to be going well and you have a big event just around the corner or you are hoping to finally clock a personal best.

Those days when you do make it to the start line and then the conditions upset your best laid
