BREAKFAST BURGERS

PATTIES
1 celery stalk, cut into pieces
3 chicken breast fillets, cubed
1 large sweet potato, grated
½ onion, grated
125ml (½c) oats
1 can (410g) whole kernel corn, drained
2,5ml (½t) salt
olive oil for shallow-frying

8 English muffins, halved 30ml (2T) mayonnaise 150g cheese, sliced 1-2 tomatoes, sliced (optional)
