They’re filling and packed with fibre. For a light meal, add healthy toppings of your choice – we used cottage cheese, avo and snap peas.

500ml (2c) cooked lentils250ml (1c) cooked brown rice2 eggs, whisked60ml (¼c) flour2 chillies, chopped2 garlic cloves, chopped5ml (1t) curry powder handful of fresh coriander, chopped1 round feta cheese, crumbled salt and freshly ground pepper olive oil
