Cutting at a (Shallow) Angle

Most scrollsawn projects are cut with the blade and table perpendicular to each other, which corresponds to zero degrees on the saw’s gauge. However, by cutting at a small angle, usually 5? or less, you can create a double-bevel inlay or craft a decorative collapsible basket.
