Gluten-free butterfly cakes with rainbow butter cream
MAKES 12 PREP AND COOK TIME 1 HOUR.
1¾ cup (235g) White Wings gluten-free self-raising flour
¾ (165g) cup caster sugar
125g butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup (180ml) milk
edible icing decorations and coloured sprinkles, to decorate icing sugar, to dust
