This issue is dedicated to my sister Bridget, who passed away on June 5, 2016 in a hospital in her hometown of London, her husband Mike by her side. While my sister was fighting cancer for the second time, her death was wholly unexpected and I was only given less than a day’s notice that she was so unwell before she passed.
