A ROW OF SLENDER coconut palms sway lazily in the breeze against a pink-and-purple sky as night descends upon Miami Beach. Bronzed patrons make their way into a chic edifice fashioned from concrete and glass before retreating inside for a night of revelry. This is Planta South Beach.
