We were hooked from that moment.” After what Rachel calls an “unconventional” (read: televised) engagement in Spain, the couple took two years to build and plan before tying the knot. “We needed the time to focus on our relationship off camera,” Rachel says. “We wanted a strong foundation.” The pair headed to paradise—Cancun, Mexico, to be exact—for a tropical ceremony full of sentimental nods to their story, from Colombian bites at the welcome bash to a sand ceremony. “Bryan’s vows mirrored the love he expressed to me from the moment we met,” Rachel says.
