Order of the bath

THE sporting day ritual is not complete until a steaming hot bath has been drawn. The post-sporting soak is not mere indulgence, however, it has proven health benefits. The heat gets your blood moving, which relaxes sore muscles, improves circulation, reduces blood pressure and helps the immune system to function efficiently.

Salt baths have cured ailments since Hippocrates recommended seawater for aching muscles and arthritis.
