I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a filmmaker, but cinematography didn’t come until I got to film school. My school had a very hands-on curriculum, they made you have a go at all the different disciplines. It became clear to me pretty quickly that when I was on the camera, I didn’t want to be anywhere else.
