CLEVELAND — It was an abysmal 21-7 loss for the Steelers to their geographic rivals, but for whatever reason the Cleveland Browns — or at least Myles Garrett — turned it criminal.
The Steelers were down to their final 14 seconds when quarterback Mason Rudolph threw a screen pass to Trey Edmunds at the Pittsburgh 17. Garrett, the Browns’ pass-rushing star, became incited after hitting Rudolph.
