Cornwall in late summer is special

It’s been a busy few weeks, with trips to Ireland, France and Kent, but luckily, for the most part the weather was kind. In fact Ireland was hot! What these trips show is how diverse touring can be.

Ireland’s south-east coast stunned staff writer Bryony and me with its beauty.

In France, I visited a submarine and salt marshes. In Kent, I discovered lush countryside, sandy beaches and an ancient beer-making industry (see p20).
