CAN I EXERCISE WHILE FASTING?
The short answer is, YES! It’s a lovely time to exercise, specially if your fast is between 36 and 48 hours. Your body feels fast and light; your head is clear and focused … it’s great. Having said that, there are a few things to bear in mind:
• Listen to your body. If you’re feeling flat and exhausted, do a few simple stretches instead of cardio.
