The ULTIMATE test
Over the last three years, father and son team Kingsley and Ross Holgate put the newly launched Land Rover Discovery through the ultimate tests, clocking over 100 000km of extreme adventure over torturous terrain, proving the Discovery’s incredible off-road capabilities.
THESE adventures include an expedition to Africa’s most easterly point in dangerous Somalia and a transcontinental journey from Cape Town through Africa to the Middle East and Asia. Most recently, the team of explorers completed an east to west crossing of Africa from the mouth of the Zambezi River to the mouth of the Congo River, conquering over 2 500km of the worst ‘roads’.
