AFTER A GRUELLING YEAR WITH THEIR BRAVE SON JEAN-CHRISTOPHE NOVELLI AND FIANCEE MICHELLE SHARE THEIR PLANS TO SERVE UP A PERFECT FAMILY CHRISTMAS

His three-year-old son Valentino in his arms, celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli strolls around the kitchen of his 14th-century farmhouse showing the youngster the sparkling Christmas decorations that adorn their home.

The little boy’s face flickers with interest as he glimpses the tree next to the fireplace and he reaches out for a brightly coloured bauble.

Suddenly, his big brothers Jean, 11, and Jacques, seven, charge excitedly into the room, talking animatedly to their mum Michelle Kennedy – Jean-Christophe’s fiancée – about how much they’re looking forward to the festive fun.

“This Christmas, it’s all about the children,” the chef tells HELLO! , welcoming us into his country home in Hertfordshire, where he runs his Novelli cookery academy.

“I can’t wait to see how excited they’re going to be,” he adds. “Michelle and I will be building up the magic and anticipation so that they can’t wait to know what will happen next.”

After the gruelling yearstar and his family have endured, it’s no wonder he and Michelle are planning the best Christmas ever, filled with heaps of love and gifts for their boys.
