Bakers to the stars and sisters Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne and Katherine Kallinis Berman have become such a sensation that their frosted sweet treats are in demand with Hollywood stars and rock’n’roll royalty.
“One of the coolest things we’ve ever done was make cupcakes for the Rolling Stones,” says Katherine, as Sophie invites HELLO! into her Colonial-style home in Great Falls, near Washington DC, for our exclusive photoshoot.
The effervescent entrepreneurs set up bakery Georgetown Cupcake in Washington in 2008; there are now branches across the US, they have writtenand – and they have starred in their own TV show, . Their cupcake mixes are now available at luxury London department store Harrods.
