KATE, LILA, CARA AND THE BECKHAMS TAILOR-MADE AUDIENCE FOR DIOR IN PARIS
It may have been the Dior men’s show at Paris Fashion Week but female VIPs proved that when it comes to style, it’s women who wear the trousers.
The starry front row featured the ultimate two-piece: Kate Moss and daughter Lila (above). Seated beside her mum, smiling broadly and wearing a Dior shirt, the 17-year-old looked perfectly at home before the presentation, held in a tent in the French capital’s Place de la Concorde. As well she might. Just like Kate, Lila is carving out her own career in front of the camera and landed her first campaign – for Marc Jacobs Beauty – in 2018.
More suited to life off the catwalk these days, model turned actress Cara Delevingne (above left) also showed her support for Dior Homme designer Kim Jones and his impeccable tailoring (below left as modelled by Prince Nikolai of Denmark). Taking to social media after the event, Cara wrote: “What a show @mrkimjones! So in awe of you.”
Equally impressed was David Beckham, who attended with his fashion designer wife Victoria and their eldest son Brooklyn (together, below). The trio were dressed to impress, but while Victoria always takes style seriously, she couldn’t resist showing fans and followers her fun side.
