Katima Mulilo
It’s November next to the Zambezi River, and it’s exactly as hot as you think it is. The first thundershowers of summer have yet to arrive, to cool down the earth and interrupt the bright stare of the sun.
I was in Katima Mulilo over lunchtime to stock up on batteries for my headlamp, green peppers and carrots, and something to braai tonight. At the Pick n Pay, a Christmas tree kept watch at the entrance,
