    1 ball 50gm Patons Classic Bluebell 5ply contrast one colour 4334 (C1)

    1 ball 50gm Patons Classic Bluebell 5ply contrast two colour 4318 (C2)

    4 buttons

    Needles

    3.75mm knitting needles

    3.75mm double pointed knitting needles

    3.75mm circular knitting needle

    2 stitch holders

    wool sewing needle

    Tension

    26 sts by 35 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 3.75mm needles

    MEASUREMENTS

    RIGHT LEG

    Using a set of 3.75mm double pointed needles and C2, cast on 56 (64, 72, 78, 84) sts and divide as evenly as possible onto 3 needles. Join to work in rounds, taking care not to twist cast on edge.

    Round 1: * K1, P1, rep from * to end.

    Rep 1st round 3 times. 4 rounds rib in all.
