Australia ravaged by runaway wildfires
Commenting on the widespread devastation wreaked by wildfires across Australia, the president of the National Farmers’ Federation in Australia, Fiona Simson, said in a statement: “The current bushfire situation is unprecedented and our thoughts are with rural Australians during what will be a very dangerous period.”
She added that many farmers had already been affected by bushfires,
