PRODUCING FOOD and sharing it with family and friends are well-loved rituals for Boorowa, NSW, regenerative and biodynamic farmer, Charlie Arnott, and his wife, Angelica. Charlie began down the regenerative farming path over 15 years ago, which ultimately shifted his focus to soil health and high-quality food production, rather than growing commodities at Hanaminno, their 2143-hectare property. The Arnotts supply biodynamic meat, including Charlie Arnott Grass Fed Beef, plus lamb and pork, to butchers such as Victor Churchill and Shiralee Organic Meats.
