    I have recently read with great interest your article regarding battery placement in caravans and a subsequent response to the article submitted by Alan L (CW585).

    I totally agree with your comments that the care and maintenance of the batteries is a serious issue. The battery issue I have experienced and would like to share was similar and involved a split battery case.
