SUMMER IS TIME for lazy days lying back in a comfy chair while the cricket commentary laconically drifts in the background, the kids run around laughing, and you nurse a cold beer or wine and wonder how much longer you can go before dancing across the hot sand and slopping on some 50-plus sun cream. In our minds it’s long days in the sun, salads for Christmas lunch, spending time with the family and best friends, and taking our holidays away from the pressures of work and the worries of everyday life.
But it’s becoming a little more complex than that.
