FIRST YEAR ELITE, 22-YEAR OLD Dylan Sunderland, certainly falls into the latter category. A proud country boy from a proud cycling family, the Inverell local first appeared on the NRS radar back in 2014. He’s claimed numerous domestic honours since then, together with several successful summers racing in Europe, including 2018 with the Australian U23 development squad. But it was his start to the 2019 season that really catapulted Sunderland into the top echelon of Australia’s domestically-based riders, with his 5th at the 2019 National Road Championships
