Street Style
Designer Camille Walala’s distinctive play of colour and elementary form popped up in an installation transforming smart retail area South Molton Street into the ‘Walala Lounge’ with 10 sculptural benches, planters and oversized flags. In a more portable expression of her work, she showed a range of hand-tufted rugs for Floor Story, including ‘Chroma Token’ (below).

Italian brand Da a debuted at 100% Design with a sleek stand showcasing refined furniture developed through rigorous industrial craftsmanship, including ‘Flat’ modular bookcase system by Marc Sadler and ‘I-Tube’ table by Ce Studio (both above). daaitalia.com
LAND MOVEMENT
‘PLEASE BE SEATED’ IS THE LANDMARK PROJECT BY BRITISH DESIGNER PAUL COCKSEDGE.
