THE ARABIAN HORSE: DAVID CONNER
A key tenant of David Conner's training approach is the belief that every horse has a unique personality and ability set. “I strive to develop each horse with thought and care,” he says. “Every horse deserves to be happy and reach their full potential in whatever they are comfortable doing.”
This philosophy has garnered David multiple National Championships, Supreme National Championships, Regional Championships, and Egyptian Event Championships. Most recently David showed the 2019 U.S. National Sport Horse Champion Stallion Tuxedo Thyme ABA (Pyro Thyme SA x SMA Alad Khelima), Legion of Masters and Legion of Excellence, for Barb Suvaka.
We caught up with David after Sport Horse Nationals to find out how the Arabian horse captured his heart.
