How to prepare your garden for autumn & winter

Late summer is the perfect time for holidays or relaxing at home. Your garden can be the perfect place to escape to, with evenings spent by candlelight and long afternoons propped up by cushions watching the world go by and listening to the natural world around you.

However, it’s also a busy time for the green-fingered, with plenty of harvesting, weeding, feeding and watering to be done. The key is to find the balance between enjoying the garden as it is now, and preparing it for the upcoming autumn and winter.
