    One of the first design decisions we made was altering the original architectural plans (which came with the plot) to include a downstairs study. We sacrificed having a cloakroom to make room for a larger study with a pull-down bed, which is ideal for future-proofing our home should we wish to turn the study into a fourth bedroom one day.
