WHILE MOST CONCERNS OVER THE AVAILABILITY of movies in the streaming era understandably revolve around access to older titles, such considerations risk overlooking films of a more contemporary vintage, ones equally vulnerable to the vagaries of the digital marketplace. With theatrical avenues for new art-house and international titles based almost entirely in the major U.S. metropolises, cinephiles are often forced to, a new subscription-based VOD service from the collegiate streaming company Docuseek, should help alleviate some of these issues.
