    Gather your supplies

    • 1220 x 610 x 18mm marine plywood

    • 135 x 19mm spotted gum decking

    • 300 x 300mm x 1.7m sandstone block

    • 280 x 75 x 50 x 6mm galvanised angle brackets (2)

    • 610mm brass piano hinge

    • 75mm brass hasp and staple

    You’ll also need

    Drill and drill bits; countersinking bit; exterior PVA glue; 50mm and 30mm galvanised screws; 50mm stainless-steel decking screws; circular saw with fence attachment; sander
