Automator apps for Safari
Automator is a great tool for creating small but useful utilities for the Mac and it is the simplest way to create standalone apps. Start Automator, click ‘New document’ and select ‘Application’ for all but the last of the apps here. Then just browse the library and double-click the functions that are needed in your app. Sometimes a library item has options that must and either run or opened in Automator, but you will learn more by trying to recreate them yourself. Save the apps to the Applications folder or the desktop.
