One of the truly great benefits of reaching retirement, especially for a former racecar driver, is that you can finally take some time to reflect on your career and maybe even have a new perspective on what you were able to accomplish. As time has raced by following my “Final Strike” NHRA tour in 1994, I can’t help but reminisce back to that four-year stretch between 1975 and 1978 when I became the first driver to win four consecutive NHRA Funny Car championships;
