Family. Friends. Fans.
A week after Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, and seven others were killed in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, thousands once again swarmed the streets around Staples Center on Sunday to pay their respects to the legendary Los Angeles Laker.
They scrawled messages of love on large display panels, sidewalks and banners. Bouquets and votive candles decorated the plaza in front of the arena. Someone set up a boombox and played "To Live and Die in L.A."
